The stack of Green Magnitude and Purple Wraath has been a perfect combination for my workouts. I get the energy that I need to workout after a long day of work from the Green Magnitude and the recovery to help me lift again the next day. I also started using a fat burner from Nutrex called Lipo6x that has started working instantly. Its been a good combo with the controlled lab stack I’m using in that it gives me added energy and is helping me lose weight while doing so. I haven;t had any side effects from using all three supplements and don’t forsee it happening in the future.

I decided to buy a brand name supplement from Controlled Labs called Purple Wraath. It has all the essential amino acids that you would want in an amino acid supplement plus more. Vitamin B and Beta Alanine are both in the supplement which give extra energy and focus to my lifting. Purple Wraath is best when stacked with another Controlled Labs product called Green MAGnitude which can be used post workout. I haven’t given it a try yet but when I get a chance I will be buying it off of the Supplement Central website. Let me know if anyone has tried Green MAGnitude so that I have an idea how good it works. thanks.

Solid Arm Workout

Today I went to the gym in the morning and felt pumped to get there. Triceps and Abs were my focus, currently I take NO Xplode before my workout. Started with 3 drop sets of rope pull downs then 4 sets of skull crushers and let me tell you the pump was amazing today more so than any other week I’ve had. Finished up with 6 sets of dips and I thought my skin was splitting when I was done. Anyone looking for extra push for gaining muscle try Nitric Oxide before your workout. Shoot some feedback if you have had success with NO Xplode or any other Nitric Oxide product.

BSN Volumaize

Currently i am taking BSN NO-Xplode and stacking it with Cell Mass, both of these work great for me I get good pump during my workout with the Xplode and have better recovery with the Cell Mass. I was reading about there new Volumaize in the Muscle and Fitness Mag. I’m always looking for that little extra. Anyone have success with all 3 together. Any feedback would be helpful.

I’m looking to purchase a protein and an amino acid supplement for my workout regiment. In the past I have gone with cheap supplements that you can buy at wal-mart or costco due to my lack of cashflow. I currently have a good job and can now afford more expensive and what I assume to be more effective supplements. I have some ideas of online retailers that I may buy my supplements from but I don’t know which brands to purchase. I’m looking for some input on what brands of protein and amino acid supplements that taste good and are also effective. Any kind of input would be very beneficial, thank you.
