I decided to buy a brand name supplement from Controlled Labs called Purple Wraath. It has all the essential amino acids that you would want in an amino acid supplement plus more. Vitamin B and Beta Alanine are both in the supplement which give extra energy and focus to my lifting. Purple Wraath is best when stacked with another Controlled Labs product called Green MAGnitude which can be used post workout. I haven’t given it a try yet but when I get a chance I will be buying it off of the Supplement Central website. Let me know if anyone has tried Green MAGnitude so that I have an idea how good it works. thanks.
